Staff was extremely friendly. Very pleasant immigration officers. Easily airport I have used in the UK so far. I honestly wish they were all this straight forward.
Just arrived after excellent 10 hour flight. We were delighted with efficiency and speed of immigration and baggage collection. No delays, helpful staff throughout, and everything including loos were clean. Thanks
I won't be travelling via London Airports again, unless absolutely necessary. It's a real pleasure travelling from Birmingham Airport. Good facilities, good food and drink options and everywhere is clean. Staff were very helpful. Easy link to train station. Definitely the easiest journey abroad for work, ever.
I like Birmingham Airport its easy to reach and serves destinations all over the world. Best of all Jet2 flies from there to many holiday destinations. Shops are good and the security staff polite and thorough
My experience at the airport was good but as an airport it looks and feels rather dated and is in need of upgrading. The free Internet was pretty fast, too, which helped to kill a couple of hours.
