I came here the other day to get something quick for lunch as I was in a rush, When I entered the store the staff did not acknowledge that I was there and left me waiting to be served whilst they had their own conversation. I was EVENTUALLY served by an elderly woman with short hair whom was very abrupt and rude and did not seem to want to be at work. I placed my order which I was then made aware that the pastries are not fresh instead they are heated up in a microwave. yuck. When it came to paying for my order which came to around 4ish I only had a 20 note in which she tutted at like it was some sort of problem. During my time in the shop some other customers came in whom the staff instantly started laughing at joking with making jokes that to be honest If I was the other customers I would file a complaint with who ever their boss is. I will never buy from this so called bakery again due to how rude and lazy the staff are there. Them taking their time to serve me made me run late for a meeting. Disgusting.
