Good service,I went for permanent hair straightening. hair stylist is good and understanding and able to clear all my doubts patiently. My hair looks good after treatment.
Overall great beauty/hair salon. Ive had body waxing, facial and had my hair cut here. The beauticians are really nice here but you can end up waiting a little while but as its ladies-only in a private space, it is fine just waiting. Lady who cuts hair has improved, my first experience was not so great, but the 2nd time she got my hair perfect - just as I wanted. When I had my body waxing done, it was quick & I was made to feel comfortable - however, I feel for the sake of speed they do rush even when 2 of them do it: often I find my hair is simply broken in rushing, and not pulled from the root, so some of it grows back within days. Also when I have had my armpits done, they do not pull the skin taut as they aught too or NOT go over the same place several times (like seriously, what are you doing to me right now?!!) & I am often very sore & bruised for days after so I just shave underarms now which is annoying (I suppose I could try somewhere a little more high-end for underarms (considering how rough they can be & how sensitive I am)... overall good service, clean place but need to improve quality of the experience.
