Poor communication. Unprepared.Called at 16.30 giving them car details ( car is rare ) and was told it would take maximum 1hr 30. Office aware of how old car is however still felt an 80 yr old car can be repaired roadside and sent a car which turned up 1hr 30 mins After the first call. Suprisingly he couldn't fix it as i suspected Dynamo gone.Was told it would take a further 20 mins for a recovery vehicle to show. After 20 mins a further call by my dad was made to find out the situation. He was then informed that due to the driver making his roadside checks it will be a further hour.. approx eta 19.30 .. I am currently sitting in my car freezing and have sent dad home after kindly spending his afternoon / evening with me with no food / water and also after recently having an operation, so many thanks .. hmm what do iThink of this service ..
Really impressed with the speedy, efficient and friendly service I had with this company, particularly with Jarek who dealt with the situation on hand very well! I also received a call whilst waiting for the recovery driver to arrive to see if everything was OK in the meantime and to update me... I thought this was a very nice touch.

LEFT ME STRANDED! Thanks Very obnoxious guy who had very limited use of the english language. No paperwork given to me was very rude. Kept waiting for a long time I do however understand they must be in high demand but still.
The recovery vehicle arrived earlier than expected, which was fantastic as I was on the hard shoulder of the M6 and really stressed. The chap they sent was amazing; really helpful, polite, cheerful and very reassuring. He really went all out to resolve the problem, to get me back on the road and home safely. I should also add that Beeches called me to give me an update while I was waiting and to reassure me they were definitely on their way, which was really great too. Absolutely 10/10. Thank you so much!
