Horrible service from Andrew the manager who got aggressive and rude, he made me feel like I was worthless, saying things like you better watch yourself and after I celebrated a win he said I dont care if you won the casino should remove him from hes post, hes not even good enough for a bar staff role, he has no professional courtesy or decent manners, in the gaming field the manager should always show good hospitality, Ive raised a complaint to head office and they are investigating for me, Ill never go back, genting and broadway are much better
