Applied to take a case to another court who then referred me here... waited months for a court date as promise then to find the date was sent to me and I didnt turn up... I received no letter, no contact at all... but they took payment!! Was then told Id have to pay again and keep phoning to find out when Im due to put my case forward as letters dont always arrive. Surely if you pay nearly 300 for a service they could send letters recorded delivery as proof. I dont believe a letter was ever sent!

service is very poor, lose paperwork even when you hand deliver it, do not separate documents when you send multiple applications in. They also do not have enough staff to cope with the paperwork coming in.They do not respond to your complaints, they do not call you back.They should be liable for loss of rent due to their delays.I would give zero stars if i could
Short brief of the case:On the 22nd February 2016 the claim no. C2QZ041K was issued against VETRECRUITER LTD. On the 12 May 2016, the County Court Business Centre grounded me 585.00.On the 19th August 2016, I paid the amount of 100.00 representing the cost for application control warrant issued in the County Court at Birmingham. No correspondence was posted to me between 19th August 2016 until 6th April 2017 when the warrant was returned to Edmonton County Court.On the 29th June 2017, I paid the amount of 110.00 requesting in the County Court at Edmonton to re-issue the warrant control against the defendant VETRECRUITER LTD. I was informed that on the 19th July 2017 the warrant control against the defendant VETRECRUITER LTD was re-issued and will be executed in the County Court at Birmingham. On the 5th September 2017, the warrant control returned with the notice: The bailiff visited the debtors address which you provided but was told by the occupant that the debtor had left. The debtor has left no saleable goods there, Local inquiries have not indicated the debtors whereabouts or movements and the bailiff has no information about the debtor may be. In the circumstances, the bailiff cannot do more unless you are able to provide further information to re-issue the warrant(for example, the debtor's new address). In this condition I looked on the Companies House website and I found out the new address of the debtor and I made another application to re-issue the warrant control and this was re-issued on the 18th September 2017, after I paid the court fee of 33.00.On the 11th December 2017, the District Judge Williams sitting at the County Court at Birmingham ordered to extent of the warrant for a period of 12 months.I made a complaint to the Court requesting information about the warrant control and I called several times to find out where the case is and why the warrant control runs so slow. I got no answers and I was informed to complain to my local MP which I did and I requested to my local MP Mr. David Lammy to refer my complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. The local MP office offered me the reference no. ZA23311 dated 7th April 2017 with no reference made to PHSO as is presented in the letter dated 9th March 2018 with the reference C2045778.I contact Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and I explain to them that I have problems in getting my money from the debtor VETRECRUITER LTD and that the bailiffs of Birmingham County Court didnt make anything to execute the warrant. The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman gave me the reference C2010943 from 19th May 2017.At present:I have no updates with regards to this warrant of control re-issued on the 19th September 2017 and I find out that: VETRECRUITER LTD is dissolved as it shows on the Companies House website. The director of VETRECRUITER LTD, Mr. Jonathan Jordan July dissolve his company and make another one called VETRECRUITER SERVICES LTD. This new company was made on the 30 November 2017, Company No. 10507002.The new company takes the correspondence address of the old company VETRECRUITER LTD and both are based in Birmingham, Unit 61, Mint Court, Mint Drive, West Midlands, B16 6RU. All this information are on the public website of Companies House and is easier to find them after a simple search on google. I cant understand why the bailiffs answer me that has no possibility to find information about the debtors addresses back on the 5th September 2017.I consider that the Birmingham Court is fully aware of this situation and didnt do anything to recover the debt from the defendant. I was considered silly and I am not happy with the fact that I paid over 1755.00 extra not mentioning any of the fees paid already to the HM Courts and Tribunal Services. The court had no interested to recover this debt and the only interest of the court was to charge me for some services that they can't provide in fact.
