The appointment side needs improving from taking and logging new refferrals to following things through with patients. The complaints department are almost non existant! What are they getting paid for? I would advise replacing the staff for a fresh team with more enthusiasm for professionalism. Give this bunch new avenues to explore.Regards
Had my two lower wisdom teeth extracted last Monday (14/01/19) and I am healing nicely. Still a bit swollen and sore but I couldn't thank Professor Thomas Dietrich enough. An amazing dental surgeon, along with his colleague who also carried out the procedure. Had an amazing nurse who helped keep me calm and reassured me. Couldn't fault their professionalism as they made me feel at ease and did an amazing job with my surgery! Thank you for preventing me future pain! :)

I had tooth pain and had swelling, called 111 and was referred to dental hospital. Its a very nice building and i have to say the customer service levels here are 5 star. Especially Kyle and Zara who were very attentive and reassured me/made me feel at ease.
Had some early issues in my treatment. but they acted speedily to resolve these - and the treatment from the senior consultant has been superb. Easy to access site with good parking close to the building and friendly and helpful reception and support staff.
