Same as everyone else; ordered 2 moths ago, no delivery, no response to e-mails, to customer service via the website, unanswered phone calls... Don't give them a penny of your money!
Only reason it is one star is that is as low as allowed to go. Ordered a part and never sent. Contacted them and only got through twice and first time they said it was on its way the second time the guy went off never came back to the phone. They have my money and I have way off getting it back it seems. Do not use this company of their Dolca Gusto spares website.
This website has to be a scam, been on hold for hours now trying to find out when my item will be delivered. Sent various emails, no responses, please can someone get in touch with me about my item!!!!
Genuinely appalling company, avoid at all costs. If you're thinking of buying anything off them, I would suggest lighting a small fire and throwing your money on it instead, at least that way you will get some warmth from it as opposed to it just disappearing for ever in Wesco Electrical's bank account, never to be seen again.You still won't have your goods of course, but at least you will have avoided a long wait for nothing and spending hours on the phone listening to a mis-configured call-queuing system and awful on-hold music and only then to be lied to when you do eventually speak to, presumably the proprietor.Under no circumstances attempt to purchase anything from these people.
