The Genius Bar service is appalling. Your best bet is to book for them to hold the parts needed to repair your phone and then bring it in for repairs so that you can get you phone back on the same day. Else theyll just end up wasting your time and ask you to come back the next day
The building is one very large room with plenty of tables. Make sure you book online if you are bringing in equipment to be repaired or looked at. Nice, friendly staff that help you a lot.
Amazing building!... Its the old bank from my younger days . I think it was a book store also at one point I was in ore! I just stood inside and took in the surroundings. Staff came over and were relaxed, pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't rush us even though it was literally minutes to closing time. I hope to go again (for purchase) when back in the area.
My previous experience of the old Apple store in Birmingham wasn't great and so I approach this visit with some prejudice. The building is amazing the staff are available friendly and human. The deal that we were able to secure on both phones with the best we've had and the past 4 years, and we've dealt with a lot of small phone shops. We had two trade ins to do and rather complex payment methods. Phones needed to be wiped and new phones understood. They made a complex and technical sale easy, quick, friendly and seamless.
