Relative placed an order through Interflora and they arrived like a dogs dinner. The relative was deeply upset on seeing the arrangement and had a partial refund from Interflora. I went to "L' homme de Fleurs on Yardley Road B25 8LT for advice on how to improve the order as they were for a funeral. I was given excellent advice and purchased accessories which successfully improved the presentation.
