I didnt have the best experience here, I went along to see them and talk about my hair type and possible treatment available, my hair is extremely fine and I wanted a treatment that would stop my hair from breaking and to help with overall hair condition, I was recommended a kerastraight I was under the impression that this was a treatment that would help with the health and conditions of my hair, not to straightened my already fine weak hair, I spend just over 3 hours in the salon wish was nice to feel pampered, left with extremely straight hair again wish was fine.Few days later my ends of my hair looked as if I had burnt them I didnt think anything of it thought that it was just really dry so carried on over the next few days with it gettin worse not matters what I did, so I got bk in contact with them and they said to come bk in, when I got there was asked many questions because they had not seen this before,So they called up the company that made the Products and asked them for advice They was told I had to much protein in my hair and that they would need to strip it and put back and put moisture, so I once again another 2 hour, they didnt change me and booked me back in for 2 week appointment that I would get 20% discount, I didnt go back in all fairness, that was September last year and we are now in may and my hair hasnt recovered from the experience. Very very upset to say the least
Had my hair relaxed with Mizani products. Very professional young lady. Chantelle looked after me very well. Gave me good advice on afteecare. Will go back again
I had a brilliant experience with my texturizer treatment after about a decade of only braiding my hair myself. The hair dresser was awesome brilliant customer service and I wish I could go everyday for that slick & soft look I got from just the cut and blow dry.
i had long curly blonde mixed race hair which was damaged after self dying and after years and years of the same colour i wanted a change. i never visit the hairdressers but thought id give it a try. I decided to book an appointment with the colour technician asking for my hair to be died brown. worst decision ever she died my hair jet black from a light blonde which totally destroyed my hair and left the ends of my hair grey!! (how can a colour tech put jet black on to bleached blonde hair!!!) because of this i had to return to have my hair cut short and my curl pattern will never be the same unless i cut even shorter. completely gutted and haven't felt the same since lost loads of my confidence! :( will not be returning hear
