This is an ok shop but nothing amazing. Does some good ranges of Christmas decorations when in season. Lots of other stuff if all sorts of household products but can take a bit of searching around to find what you want. I found it useful for stuff like plastic storage boxes but really depends on what you are after.
Not the greatest quality on earth but quality expectations are exceeded considering the great prices. Perfect place if you're setting up a new home and want pretty dcor on a budget, with a great art selection upstairs. The art stuff is fairly decent quality too. Some lovely little gadgets for the kitchen and the only place I know where I can get affordable mini kilner jars for my spices and home made curds!
This place has everything you need for your home & garden & then some. Good Staff very helpful, they go out of their way to help you... Lately the quality of service has gone downhill. The Staff just don't seem to be interested in helping customers to find the products they need, & there's this one Staff member Shouting out over the speaker calling other Staff members with a voice that's sounds common & goes right through you. I couldn't wait to leave the shop. Used to be a great place to Shop. Used to be lol
I visited this morning at 9 20 with my young grandson. We visited the cafe at the Erdington branch. I was appalled the floor was covered in bits of paper and food and the tables hadn't been cleaned. I would have expected it to spotless at that time in the morning. Goodness knows what it will be like later.
Shop is well stocked with a wide variety of different types of home furnishings and a small amount of furniture. There is a large selection of art and craft supplies plus a small garden centre with a few plants and a small range of tools and wild bird food. The store offers a large choice of seasonal goods at the appropriate time - garden furniture/camping / Halloween/ Christmas etc.
