2 new pairs of trousers and asked for retailers side creases to be removed and replaced with front creases the layer done but the first not .generally other creases not where I expected creases to be . All in all a wate of a 12 ! and wish I tried to do it myself . Will not be going back there although the staff were friendly and helpful
