Great service! Very polite from the get go and walked us through what we needed, came out and checked all the locks for me and was back within a week to change them all on site. Mark was friendly and very professional.
I needed some genuine Ford key blanks cut for my classic Ford Escort, and found C & T online after being refused by a certain other Locksmith in Sutton Coldfield, who tried to tell me that my key blanks were fake and refused to do them. C & T on the other hand were really helpful and had them done within minutes for a very reasonable price. So I would definitely recommend this Locksmith for friendly service and reasonable prices.
Back door had jammed shut. Opened and new lock system sourced and fitted. Perfect service and the technician Martin was a diamond. The company should be proud of their staff. Very very happy.
We were needing three new keys cut for our 500 year old church locks. The keys worked fine in the repaired locks but the existing keys wouldn't. Martin spent hours making the new keys by hand and repairing and rebuilding the locks. He wasn't satisfied till everything worked properly; nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were friendly and helpful and our locks were a talking point to their customers.
