Excellent pet store in a great location with parking shared with lidl. Really well set out store with fish, birds, rabbits and more, plenty of accessories for all your needs
Good stock but not with one employee. A woman was speaking about an issue with her goldfish in a 60L tank. She said she had two of them and because I know alot about fish I decided to help her. I told her that her tank couldnt even handle one goldfish which is true as a fancy goldfish needs 80L and a common needs 160L.Instead of taking in the useful advice she called the employee over and they basically ganged up on me as I am only a young teen.I aspect employees to know about the animals they sell and to listen and deal with it when they are wrong.
We love this place. Friendly, helpful members of staff. Very understanding and sympathetic when my child had trouble bonding with our kakariki. Absolutely brilliant people.
Just got home after buying a new fish tank. It was an absolute bargain. We checked out a few other suppliers, but none came close to beating the price we paid. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, we cannot thank them enough for all their help and advice today. Will definitely be my go to pet shop from now on. I shall be recommending this gem of a pet shop to everyone.
