Excellent service. My daughters boiler had a problem with the pressure. 24:7 came and fixed the problem within a matter of hours. Thank you to all concerned.
What an absolute joke of a company.. 24.7 plumbing never answer the phone. when you finally get a call back someone comes out to give you quote says theyll contact you with price then dont bother. You call them back they say oh its not the job for them. Its a plumbing job so who's it a job for??. Time wasters and cowboys
Heating engineer turned up early. Fitted my new fire quickly and with no mess. Even went the extra mile and cleaned my fire surround for me. Not the cheapest quote but booked in quickly and made no excuses. Fire works beautifully and I'm considering a boiler from them now.
My experience was one great disappointment. Regarding my contract with 24/7, there was a clause whereby they reserve the right to do or not do the repairs to boilers, pipes and anything concerning the central heating. I was with British Gas and left them to try this company as they stated that they operated and excellent service just like British Gas. However, when my boiler, central heating broke my God it was like jumping through hoops with no resolution. My advice stick to British Gas they maybe a little more expensive but they are no nasty unexpected surprise if anything goes wrong. My experience 24/7 is a rubbish firm and their contract that they write and money they collect is like highway robbery. Keep away from 24/7.
When my elderly mother's boiler broke down the day after boxing day I phoned around several local companies. Thankfully it was 24/7 that answered the call for help and arrived quickly to assess the situation. I have only good things to say about this company, professional , friendly, excellent highly skilled workmanship and at a very reasonable price.
