Very good service, with clear, regular communication from start to finish. The team is thorough; the original issue with my roof turned out not to be a major problem, but another one revealed itself and Bratt builders sorted it to a high standard. These guys are fair and know their craft. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We recently had our extension roof re-tiled. Everyone worked very efficiently and performed fantastic work of the highest standard. The scaffolders arrived on time to set up and take down the scaffolding and did so with minimal fuss. The roofers were also very courteous and efficient, and completed the work with no disruption whatsoever. We are very pleased with the whole experience. The roof looks excellent. We had our chimney repaired in November 2018, they were efficient, polite and friendly. The progress of the work was filmed on each step, which was very useful as work on chimneys cannot be checked. Photo's were taken before work started, then when the old material had been removed, and lastly when the work was completed. From the initial quote to the start of the work they kept in touch with us - from letting us know when the scaffolders would be arriving to when the work would commence.
The team were reliable and hard working. They were also very knowledgeable and explained the work to me at every stage. I had been trying to get a builder and had experienced people not answering messages or not turning up so it was a relief to have a trustworthy and reliable company. Thank you.
