About a 15 minute walk from Birmingham train station so very convenient to get to. Didn't need to queue to get in even though it was a very busy event. Plenty of helpful staff around. Large indoor arena, it did get quite warm inside
Clean and well kept arena. Eat before entering as it's just fast food at big prices. Loads of eateries around because once you're in, you're staying as there's no exit and re-entry.Parking easy in the multi storey, getting out not so much!! The arena is in the centre, lots to do in the area to make a day of it. Lots of hotels nearby too.
Saw Strictly Tour which was fantastic. Finding the Arena was not easy, it doesn't seem very well sign posted from New Street. Although it was dark and rainy for our visit, maybe we would have found it easier in the day. The staff were very pleasant and helped us find our seats which were occupied when we got to them, this was soon sorted and the staff helped them find the correct seats.
Overall, pleasant venue for an event. Good local parking, a pleasant canal side stroll to the event. Good range of not too expensive eateries. Not such a good range of drinks, especially if you like beer! Not too uncomfortable seats, but choose the tiered seats if you don't want a good view of the person in front's head.
Brilliant. Just come back to the hotel from watching strictly. Fab venue we had show lounge seats with our own bar.show was amazing view was great high up in arena.we have been here a lot and find it one of the best venues in the UK.the drinks and food are quite expensive but I think you only live once so go and enjoy it.
