stood next to the collection point sign. after 5 minutes told stood in wrong place had to stand in lottery line. showed order number and then told stand in the very place that 1 minute ago was the wrong place

Very busy as usual but wait time at tills were short . Friendly cashier talkative and sufficient at the same time.
Paid for a packet of cigarettes, when outside the store and opening them noticed they had sold me the wrong cigarettes. Because I had opened the box no exchange or refund. My only mistake was trusting that the till person at the cigarette kiosk had sold me what I asked for. I would advise checking. Or going elsewhere.
