You could walk in here. Steal the biggest telly they have and still the staff wouldn't pay you any attention. Terrible service, terrible pcs, I use the Internet now and I give pc World 3 years before they are gone the way of all the other bust high street chains who ignored their customers.
This currys and Pc world is a really big size. They have a huge range of electricals from laptops and phones to washing machines and fridges. You can try out the headphones and laptops and they have everything out on display for you to properly see before buying. During the Boxing Day sales the shop has really good sales, up to 50% off most items. So if youre interested in buying something then this is the best times to purchase it. Staff are friendly and informative. They help you out as much as they can.
Went there to get a part for my pc, the customer services checked on their computer system to see if they had it in stock...and they did...but after going to get the part, he found that it was actually not in stock . He then looked for a model up, and exactly the same thing happened . Third time he looked for yet another model up, which was actually in stock, but way out of my budget.
Started at Selly Oak got no help. Drove to Highgate. I think you need to review your customer service training.
