I was guided to the best possible options given my budget and requirements. A chap at the Birmingham store called Rehan was extremely helpful every step of the way, from demoing equipment to offering sound advice around audio setup, he is a huge asset to have for your business.The products sold at Richer Sounds are hugely competitive price-wise and I will no doubt be taking my business there in the future.Keep up the good work
Where do I start?? The staff at this store are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful especially a gentleman called Simon I believe this man is an asset to the branch. The level of service I received from him from the time I initially called the store and even after I purchased was nothing but outstanding. Originally I called the store to check and reserve a sound bar which Simon did for me but when I went into the store he recommended another and Im so glad that he did the sound bar he suggested was fantastic these guys really know there stuff. I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great deal, customer service and knowledgeable staff.
