AOA brothers and sistersI have visited the Consulate of Pakistan in Birmingham on 14/12. MashaAllah, very good experience. It took 45 mins from start to finish and I already got the card.
Much more organised compared to the old site. No parking on site. You will have to pay on near by streets. Got what I needed and it was done in a timely manner.
I think it was a fairly quick and straightforward procedure once we got there a few minutes before our appointment time. All parts of the process were completed within the same area (bank, photocopying etc) so very easy. We had travelled all the way from Cardiff so it was a bit tiring and the kids needed toilets as soon as we arrived and only improvement I could suggest would be to improve sanitation and provide toilet tissues!I truly hope a we have a Consulate of Pakistan in Cardiff someday for thousands of Pakistanis living in the area.Thank you.Long live Pakistan.
It's punishment of your sins to visit this place. Its heart breaking to write something like this about your own country. They all getting paid in sterling pounds but they still have same attitude of Pakistani clerks. They really need to go through customer service training. Finding information on website is challenge in itself. We pay for every service but service is rubbish. You will see many of employees having beard but they don't have any concept of Halal earnings. You guys get paid for doing job which you have signed up for..... I has to go there three times for same purpose and each time they told me different requirements....... Can someone at least provide them with written set of instructions????? They need to understand that in this country people have busy life. We don't come there to be humiliated.......
