trash service. No one EVER picks up the phone or answer emails. In the website it says to register in order to book an appointment and guess what?? IT DOES NOT WORK. my passport it's expiring next week, how am I suppose to renew it if these people don't assist me???
UNBELIEVABLE... Its impossible that this line is constantly busy/unavailable. Either you have a fault with your lines that you are aware of but NOT in any rush to fix or more than likely you get to Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12-3pm and TAKE THE PHONES OF THE HOOK. Its a disgrace and you dont do yourselves any favours and I totally understand the negative feedback that Italy gets about government offices, Town Halls etc. ANSWER YOU PHONES, THATS WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT WE ARE ALL ENTITLED TO BUT NOT GETTING!!!PS you only got the one star because I cant post the review without selecting at least one star but no way do you deserve it...
Had a great experience there. From the review it might seem scary but belive me its not like that. The staff is very polite and helpful. Please do get your form printed and filled at hkme to save time, the consulate also provides you with different forms as well. Would advise people to go there a bit early but otherewise had a really great experience.
I highly recommend Birmingham consulate, friendly and polite citizens.I applause you for the fast process. It only took less than 2 hours to get our children's passport sorted.
Phone never answered, emails not answered, people post online to just turn up (obviously by people who have nothing else to do with their time), I for one don't have the luxury of wasting a Saturday)To add - don't just turn up, they won't renew your passport without an appointment, because my parents went, told to phone back - only left after they were told they would be called to arrange an appointment. Time will tell if they do
