I have only just admitted a clame and so far i am very happy with the development of my case. S/G have kept me up to date with every step so far. Couldn't want for more
VERY good at first, got me into physio treatment quickly.However, when I made a mistake my case seemed to be forgotten for over 3 months, nobody emailed, nobody called, nobody cared!? Also I had no progress updates whatsoever throughout the whole process, the only 2 emails I have are to request reviews of the company, which I have positively reviewed twice regardless of the issues..I just feel a bit like "just another customer"
As a foreigner in a first time situation in hands of a lawyer firm, I feel in good hands. I have been kept informed and I have gotten answered all questions on the way. The case have yet to end, and hopefully positive so therefore the lacking forth star.
So far I have had a very positive experience. Their gathering of information has been very thorough. The only thing I would say is, it would be useful to have a vague timeline of when things could happen and when contact will be made. Overall Staff very friendly and polite.
Would I recommend ? .....you decide..... For getting my claim sorted .... Yes ...... Customer service ..... No .... For building hopes up .... Yes ...... Providing those hopes .... No ..... My claim started in June 2018 .....first few weeks you are peppered with legal documents to read and sign ...... Claim for everything related to your case they say ...... Once you claim is under way contact stops no updates on case unless you ask ....... Not once did I get email phone call or letter unless I asked or requested ...... Claim eventually settled 3 days before Christmas ..... For alot less than the hope I was given ..... So would I recommend? ..... Hopefully will never have to be in the same situation ..... Better the devil you know springs to mind .....but there are alternative's .....
