The variety of the foods good, but staff don't listen to the customers, when requesting a bit of mayonnaise, staff overdose the chips with loads of mayonnaise and when I requested a small amount. Listen to your customers and what they're ordered..
Really good burgers, they are made as every burger should be, the meat is fresh, vegetables too, big dips. The delivery driver is a good guy that always will try to put a smile on your face. Delivery is always on time. If on just eat says 50 minutes, they will be at your door in time, maybe even faster. Also the potatoes have an unique flavour, i recomand Big john's. Keep up the good work guys
Big John's is a chip shop, for those who have never been. It is immaculately clean, staff are friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of food available (pizza, kebab pies, chicken and fish and chips, naturally).I was getting a meal for myself and my children (21 & 20). I personally don't eat any potato products so I just wanted a piece of fish. For some strange reason they don't sell the fish on it's own, only when accompanied by chips (go figure). To cut a long story short (too late I hear you say) the member of staff who was serving me rearranged my order so I and my children got what we wanted, incurring no extra cost or food wastage.The fish was really nice, by the way.
Not a fan of Big Johns to be honest. Not the healthiest of fast foods you can get. Served by mostly immigrants that seriously have no personal hygiene experience. Considering the business is all over the City one would presume they'd go the extra mile. I've only ever eaten once at Big Johns & I have to say after 2 days of food poisoning I'd never go again. Even though times have changed. Food standards are tight now. Once bitten twice shy...
When I order for delivery, the delivery driver is friendly, smiley and always has a little chat. When I come to collect, the staff is courteous and kind, and very professional. Fast service and great staff. Maybe I come here too often!
