Ordered food from Deliveroo, waited over an hour then rang up to say they dont deliver to my postcode, even though they accepted the order. Tried to mouth off over the phone as well. Bless em

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a waffle and paid extra for strawberries which were off!! Food was disgusting and could not eat any of it. Think they need a course on cooking and food safety!
