This is a good local cinema that offers good value for money. The staff are friendly and the parking is free. However it is looking a bit run down and in need of some investment by empire.
A great local cinema. It's not the size of the big cinema chains but this adds to its charm. The staff are always very friendly and we had a nice surprise visiting on a Tuesday, as the tickets are cheaper that day.
Excellent old style cinema. Much better than the out of town multiplex type. Staff were friendly. Car park at rear but has good public transport links.
I love this cinema. It used to be my dream factory as a kid. I'd buy my ticket for the circle and sometimes watch the film round twice - you could do that in those days. I had my first taste of Bond, the Beatles in A Hard Days Night, and Brigitte Bardot there. And it's still going strong!
This is our local cinema. We like it because it's very good value and not far away. However improvements are sorely needed! They should have films clearly advertised on the outside and inside the carpets are often sticky - popcorn and cola perhaps? The chairs need updating too. That aside we like The Empire Cinema.
