Rob Dogs, u have the ticket validated at the Theatre for 5 all day parking and there terrible non working machines at the car park charge you the normal rate and only take cash?? Avoid at all costs
Bought prepaid ticket for 12.30-23.59For 6 which seemed a good price. However upon leaving the carpark there was nobody in the office to validate the ticket. No contact number that worked. What a shambolic company. Not sure what it going on at APCOA, but they need to sort out their customer service.There must be something very wrong with the management.
Avoid! Prepaid parking from 4pm-11:30pm for 6 which I thought was a great price. Returned to the car at 11:25 and went to the kiosk to give my booking reference to the staff member as instructed. Rang the bell, no one there. No number to call or anything so I got in my car and drove to the barrier to press the assist button there. It beeped and beeped and beeped to no avail. Dialling the telephone number also didn't work as it just dialled out. This is 11:38 so still within the 10 minutes grace you have to exit the car park and by now there are two angry cars behind me. I insert my ticket to be told I'd exceeded my parking and would have to pay 13.50 to leave! Obviously the customer service offices are closed and there are no working telephone numbers to contact. Eventually, half an hour later, the barrier raises and there are two people outside. Not a 24 hour car park at all! I would never use again and I would recommend to avoid this car park.
