Very Very Expensive. They are ripping off the poor parents who usually come here in emergencies and these people taking full advantage of their compulsions.
It's a good location and the pricing is bad but it's not the worst in the world either. What I really take issue with is the bollards they installed in the curve towards the exit. You can see paint from all the cars that hit it because they put it in an awkward place and if you have a large car it's a tight fit. Also their payment machine is often defective and I had trouble validating my tickets on a couple of occasions.
If you arrive at the car park from 15:00hrs you CANNOT enter the car park through the main entrance. I called the number provided for assistance and all they did was give me directions to the main entrance of the car park that I could not enter as it was past 15:00hrs. Great help, NOT. Especially as I was dealing with Birmingham traffic and trying to make it to the hospital appointment on time. After following the one way system for the umpteenth time, which I was told to do by NCP staff. I could not find an alternative entrance and thought I was going mad.Anyway the alternative entrance is not hard to find once you know how to find it. Head back towards queensway road take a left and enter the pure gym building. There are no signs for the ROYAL ANGUS car park but I assure you it gains you access. Thank gawd for the help of a local citizen. NCP please improve your signs for the alternative entrance after 15:00hrs. Any sign above the alternative entrance would help.
Hard to find the entrance and they just let people park all over the double yellow lines. Spaces are small and the prices are extortionate considering the location.
Disgusting prices spent 3 hours and cost me 15 couldn't believe it wish they would of put the prices on the entrance rather than just the pay station so angry
