Jezzy treated my 15 year old footballing son who had been unable to play consistently for 6 months prior to meeting Jezzy. He had severe knee pain & couldn't run without pain. Having been told he initially had Schlatter's, Jezzy diagnosed and treated him for other muscular problems related to a significant growth spurt. Within 2 appointments he was running & moving pain free. Her treatment plan has enabled him to return to playing competitive football within a matter of weeks. I cannot thank her enough, we are incredibly grateful to have met her!
I was recommended Achieve Physiotherapy by a friend and was pleased they did! Jezzie was brilliant and very knowledgeable. She sorted out my neck and also gave me some good tips on my posture and how to stop the problem coming back. I felt amazing after each appointment. I would highly recommend her.
I was treated by Jezzy for stiffness and a contracture on my shoulder/neck, and it was better after the treatment; she is definitely very good at it. However she then advised me to try and swim again because it would have done me so good; so I did, but it got so much worse! Unfortunately she did not take any responsibility about it. But, luckily, very kindly and professionally Rick offered me to see me again without any charge and I received two complementary massages to try and sort the issue. I am much better now, and I really appreciated the professionalism of Rick, thanks!
After a tough stint running the Great North Run, I booked in with Jezzie who was brilliant in not only taking out my aches and pains but practical advice for the future. After a first session the results were clear but glad I had the recommended course. Thanks for all your help :D

I went to achieve physiotherapy to see Ricky in relation to a back injury from exercising. my back kept going into complete spasm I couldnt walk and and kept collapsing on the floor in pain I managed to get an appointment the same day and saw Ricky he was literally amazing. His knowledge and professionalism was nothing but outstanding but also hes a genuine nice guy who wants to help people. I only had to see him twice and my back is now 100% better. I would highly recommend using achieve if you have any niggling sports injuries or like me just in agony from something you dont even know really what you did but without physiotherapy treatment could do some serious long term damage to yourself.
