After my 7yr old daughter suffered a nasty elbow dislocation she was told by different doctors that she would be out of dance for up to 6 months. Evie had around 6 sessions and was back competing within 6 weeks! Her confidence and strength was rebuilt during this time. We cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and support.
I would highly recommend St Pauls Pysio. The whole team are very welcoming and put you at ease and Andy is very knowledgable and has helped me regain the use of my arm again after suffering from a very painful frozen shoulder. I thought I would end up requiring long term medication or at worst surgery, it was so debilitating until I went to St. Pauls and Andy helped me. Thankyou!
Its worth every to talk to the experts rather than Dr google! Andy and Alex are great and get straight to the point in a friendly and relaxing manner. I can't recommend them enough!!
It's no small exaggeration to say I owe Alex my ability to walk. I presented with atypical sciatic nerve pain and Alex was rigorous and persistent in getting to the cause. I will continue to be grateful for the rest of my life that I was seen be someone with the confidence, curiosity, knowledge and instinct that was the reason I was diagnosed in time for essential surgery.
Brilliant service from Alexander from start to end- he quickly diagnosed my knee issue and showed me two exercises to start doing which worked with immediate effect! This followed with 3 additional check up sessions to ensure it was all working. Overall great service and banter (!)
