I go out of my way to avoid taking my parcels here. Somehow the queues get really long even when there's at least three members of staff at the counters. The manner of the staff is generally cold and very unwelcoming except one man who was usually sitting at the right-hand side of the counter. Would not recommend this branch.
Went here on a Friday as Friday is the only other day I cant make it to my other post office which is not far from this one...Where do I start with this post office... 1. The cues are all ways long.2. They make a simple procedure into something so big.3. The old man who I think is the manager is all ways grumpy... It's Friday where's your Friday spirit? What puts me off is his attitude and the way he talks if you don't like your job get up quit and go do something you enjoy.4. There's a lady there who's been there for some time she tends to take her time whilst serving customers she thinks she knows it all she can smile at the collegue who's sitting next to her but never to a customer.5. The white dude who usually sits on the far right corner he's ok and jolly to some can be rude here and there but you can tell he loves a Friday when I get to go to him it's hi this this this and this and out I go 6. If you take more then 5 things to this post office my my my the atmosphere changed there tone changes everything changes just do your job or QUIT we pay your wages the more the parcels the better but no that's why I use the other post office I can easily on a Monday take in 200+ items as I sell stuff online and they do not mind they smile they'll chat and they'll do the job they love doing that's what I like to see! That is why on a Friday I keep it to 3/5 things max turning up with 200 I couldn't stand the sight of being in front of them and looking at there sad poor faces see I have a heart even though they treat me like cr^p'm worth 100 more times then what each one of them are worth I own what I have and they work behind a glass shield protector for some one else....Small Heath post office is not small it's big and it's supposed to have kept it's name as big as it is but when you have joker's running it and the real people who sit at there desks never see it being run that's where the issue is HOPE IT GETS SORTED SOON!
The old man has no manners how to talk with customers.Very rude.need to be retire now
Very bad customer service.I waited for 10 minutes with my children and at the end post office staff called Brain reffused to post my item and made some rubbish excuse and made me to lose my customer.Next day I posted my item with a different branch. Same item same box and I was treated 100 time better than Small Heath branch.
Congratulations! You have been elected for the award; Worst Post Office in the Midlands. - Unfamiliar with business customers services- General Public are treated with complete disgust- Illiterate, foreign and old aged customers are treated with a unwelcoming demeanour which is wholly unnecessary. - All staff lack facial muscles since they are unable to smile - need to visit a MX facial surgeon. - Open at the incorrect times and close intensionally early. - Express a degrading attitude to those unfamiliar with the services. - You are not called to a counter to be assisted. - No action taken on all the negative reviews. Holistically sour attitudes by all members; not a very nice place to visit in general. Staff in question:Overweight - Indo-pakistani asian lady with dark complexion. In mid 40's who also has abnormally dark and weighted lips. Another female younger in age but in late 30's with an Indian phenotype and has a distinctly elongated face. I personally travel to another branch to avoid these people, I suggest others follow suit.
