I went to drop a parcel for return but the shop owner refused to do it as he said hes closing but the shop was open and and customers were I came in before 5pm and its advertised closing time is 5.30pm!?
Place is a joke. Rude old lady serving and the girls at the post office aint so helpfulEither Glad I moved out of this dumb area and back to London
It does the job and is in a convenient place. I agree with the other comments that the lady on main kiosk desk is often on her phone (which does not bother me personally but I can see why it seems rude to others and is frustrating to ask for something while she is talking as she isnt paying 100% attention to her customers). Post office staff were ok too, she actually was trying to make a call but put it down to serve me which was good but didnt really wait until I left before she took it back out again! Overall it serves its purpose, its not great or particularly bad but I can post my packages, get my buspass, and a bag of crisp - thats cool too Service overall could definitely be improved but doubt anyone will even read this!
Rude lady serving at the shop. She was On the phone couldnt be bothered to help me. She also snapped at me as I was asking help? Dont know why people like her have a customer service based role when they cant even do the job properly! SORT OUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ill be sticking to other post offices from now pfft!!!
