I visited the Birmingham store recently for a new pair of shoes after seeing some of the range online. Very pleased I went in store and didn't just order online as I was able to have my feet measured and get a perfect fit. All the staff were extremely professional but still very friendly and made us feel very welcome (they even showed my two year old son how to measure feet ).The shoes are lovely, very much a quality shoe which I am sure I will get many years of enjoyment from. I hope to return and build up a collection over the next few years, highly recommend!!!!

The shoes sell themselves, British made, a very high standard of build quality, extremely durable, and classic styling is what you get for your money. These shoes are not fashion items, they are an investment.My need for well fitted shoes, due to having 'unusual feet' has left me owning 4 pairs. I am never disappointed, and have never had reason to return a pair as yet. My 2 pairs of Tetbury are on their 2nd soles and my Islay boots (all brought pre SKYFALL) are on their 3rd set of sole & heels; When I've had them back they are like new shoes again. A worthy price for a refurbished favourite item. I enjoy trips to the store and from my very first visit I felt like a valued customer, even when I've not purchased a pair of shoes. I speak as I find, you have a long way to go to beat the level of service given in the Birmingham store. PRP.
