Lovely shop with a very good range of supplies. I had only shopped through Cass Art online, and when I found the physical store I was truly pleasantly surprised.The staff were very helpful and the location is good.
Excellent and helpful customer service from the passionate artists/illustrators/designers who work here - you can rely on them for a professional opinion. Very good range of products for the size of the shop. Some items can be expensive, particularly for students, although the value for money is still good considering the quality of the products and the knowledge of the staff.
It was gpod apart from getting asked 4 times in a space of 10 mins if i needed any help by 4 different people who actually worked there. I was just in to buy some pens. But other than that good service at the till
Friendly and offered plenty of help. Affordable products for the most part, and an excellent assortment of everything you could possibly need. Did double scan one of my products which I didn't realise until I'd left the city, but it wasn't very expensive. Overall a good experience, would visit again.
