It's Disney. That makes it 5 stars. Plus the service and products are great. Prices may Be a little too High though.
Children loved it and staff were very nice. Only gave 4 stars as I think it's over priced. You pay for teddy ( which isnt cheap) but then have to pay for everything else for it ie clothes, heart and for it to talk etc. Very costly when you have 3 grandchildren.
It was a great store to go, the staff are always so polite and always ask if you need any help, like i pick this red and black mickey bag and when i was waiting to be served i show this other mickey and goody bag that was so cute, the boy asked who was the bag for, i told him it was for me and then he ask would you like this bag instead and i am so happy i got it, it makes me want to go back to the store
The staff here are so friendly and helpful and really contribute to the magic of Disney! I was especially impressed by one of the cast members, Annie who was an absolute delight and helped me find the perfect gift for my little brothers birthday!Keep up the good work!
Very helpful staff that are welcoming, they greet you warmly as customers enter the store. It feels like a lovely, laid back atmosphere every time i visit. My only gripe is that there isn't much for adults, collectables or ornaments would have made a brilliant store even better.
