Bought some of there own make ready meals they were absolutely revaulting they say there food is tested by people what kind of people would eat this I feel sorry for them I would not recommend this store to anyone it's just the feel of the place as I heard good things about the store but I wouldn't go back there rather travel further and go to Morrison or Tesco as everything is just so much better food taste wise but that's my opinion.

The staff at this store are very young they find it funny to stand at the customer service desk like a group of teenagers and find it funny to make customers at the self serve wait at least 10 mins before they come to sort it. When it's clear to the customer all there doing is standing around talking. The health and safety of customers at this store does not exist with customers having to dodge each other by the moving stairs if there was ever a fire it would be chasos. The disablity scooters are downstairs by the lifts but you have to walk upstairs to security to ask for the key and go back downstairs to get your scooter. Security there make people feel uncomfortable by glaring at people. Even though I live local I will not use this store it's like stepping in to a child's play ground with teenage staff and under experienced security staff who know nothing about health and safety.

Friendly staff . Will always give you a refund if you aren't happy with any product. All in all a good shopping experience apart from that bloody siren that keeps on going off every 20 seconds. I appreciate its needed for security but why so loud?

I have lived in Northfield area now just over 4yrs and this Asda has always been my go to places from food to clothing and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.....until tonight. I wanted an item which clearly had two different prices. I took it to the till and ask for a check to be sure before scanning my other items through. The tiller rang for assistance. When the person in question did the initial check she came back stating the higher price of the item, and that the lower price is for something else.I said but for this item that's clearly not what is shown. Clearly I wasn't going to be sold what I wanted for the price that was shown. Asda Barnes Hill you have let me down tonight and your staff could have dealt with the situation better.

Very nice staff, every time I've been in they've been eager to help, I walked in asking where some glasses are and she was very helpful. Today there was a lovely cashier on his name was Mathew and served everyone with a kind smile.
