Worst taxi company around, was quoted 12 for my taxi and then when we arrived was told it was 17, i can live with this as it was just a quote but then they took three payments from my account so i ended up paying 51 for a journey from Bromsgrove to Alvechurch. I phoned up to ask why and was given a mouthful of abuse from the person who answered. Complete joke of a company !!!!!
So I've bin geting a cab with this company for 2 years now. They hire drunken drivers, drivers who steel your money and drive off while your leaning in the window with a small child in your arms, when calling them that you've forgotten something in a cab they give the drivers wrong address and you then pay 4 extra. They dont tell the drivers that the waiting charge starts 5min after you've actually stopped. Some of the drivers are unprofessional.
IIhave recently used automated service and the app so far it has been really good , the drivers have been really nice was a regular customer for years about 14 it was s really reliable company but not any more ... Some of the staff on phoned have s really bad attitude the service is awful there are some good drivers but in the whole really disappointed

I phoned to ask for a return as my dad needed his inhaler he said 15 minutes I explained the situation 25 minutes went by and I called back asking where they was he replied obviously us in a taxi coming you nugget it will be there when it's there honky. I was gobsmacked as my dad was listening in breathless, should be a crime never phone this company again if I had ro walk to Dover and I advised any locals e people to do the same,,
