DRIVERS ARE VERY RUDE. .CALLED OFFICE TO SPEAK TO MANGERS PERSON ON PHONE EVEN MORE RUDER THAN THE DRIVER .KEEP AWAY DONT USE THIS TAXI FIRM.. .LOT OF OTHER TAXI FIRM OUT THERE TO USE INSTEAD
They cancelled my booking leaving me waiting for a taxi from the rank at BHX with my son at 3am ! Avoid !Just for clarity, taxi booked for 3am Saturday 23rd June, following a nearly 6hr flight. We left hotel at 5pm (U.K. time), which is 10hrs before landing time. No data services whilst traveling. The email they said they sent was sent at 5.09pm on the 22nd June. Still shabby service considering I booked the service on Thursday 21st.
