Nice clean gym, however they don't care about you only your money, if you get injured you still lose money even if your account is freezed. You have to be on the ball all the time, no reminders when your freeze is coming to an end just that your direct debit is coming out by which time it's to late.Find another gym that looks after it's members

Worst gym I have ever experienced! I was after a month membership and the lady manipulated me into signing a 12 month contract. Now after finishing the 12 month contract, I have been wanting to cancel the membership and Ive been calling for a month straight and each time the receptionist will tell me that the manager will call me back to cancel the membership. I have not received a call and instead I received and email saying that the monthly direct debit will be 62.50 pound a month which is so not worth paying for a gym just with two rooms and barely any equipment.
The gym is an overall decent gym. I have been a member for many months. After recovering from an injury I needed a quiet gym where I can have space to train. After 9pm is dead quiet. I have been once during the day to collect my key fob, usually I visit during unstaffed hours.
AF Edgbaston is like a home away from home! The staff are so friendly and so accommodating (thanks for the emergency socks, Jermaine) that I always look forward to sessions. I wouldn't be hitting all these personal goals and pushing so hard without these guys - keep doing what you're doing, thank you! :D
