New machines, I love it bcoz they have a lot of treadmills, the previous gym I used to go always had to wait for otbers to finish on treadmill, it is always clean, specially the shower, is always dry and clean
Ask for Julian salmon assistant manager/personal trainer his brilliant, his hit class is one of the best I've been to
The facilities are sufficient and well laid out. Apart from the busy hours you can enjoy a good session. Plus there is enough space to park.
Decent gym for a day. I think 6 is abit too much. You could go to better equipped gyms for less than this. So that's why u got 4 stars.
Of all the gym groups in the country (and Ive been to most of them), this is by far the best. The perfect mix of old school weight machines and new school racks. It seemed every time I thought of a machine, it was there. Hack squat, seat calf raise, lying leg press. And once youve finished there, get upstairs on one of the 20 treadmills. I hope the gym group reads this and takes note. Your other gyms need a lesson from Bordesley Green.
