Can't really complain about the gym itself, for the price it's quite decent. But security measures provided are terrible. Most of the lockers are broken, bent or both, thus completely unusable. It's almost impossible to find a decent locker. That makes me worried about the safety of my belongings every time I go to the gym.In responses to other reviews, you're claiming that you take security very seriously, but honestly, I can't see that. It seems like the last check was done last year. I hope that something can be done about it.
A good gym that is absolutely fine for training, however I agree with other comments about poor maintenance of equipment. In particular one ski erg has not worked properly for a few months - the only staff I see are those delivering PT sessions so unsure who I should speak to about these things as I have had quite blunt replied on the times I have let them know equipment isnt working correctly while they are delivering a session! The whole time I have been a member, there has been work going on downstairs but dont believe I have seen anything about what is being done and when it is due, other than we are making the gym better or something generic?!
The gym and its facilities are good and decent for the membership fee. The lockers are useless with 0 protection or guarantee for your items, I have subscribed for the membership 5 days ago, the 4th time I've been there someone broke into my locker and stole some valuables. The gym has a policy of "we are not responsible for any stolen items" but fail miserably in providing a safe place to store your items.
This is a massive gym with pretty much every kind of equipment.
I love it! It has a vibe that makes you want to workout for a long time. Some equipment are faulty and need checks, but most are good quality. Well rounded personal trainers. Good classes
