1st time for us using this hospital. It was a great experience . From the pre admission centre, consultant, anaesthetists, pain team nurses, ward 9 and their doctors, were all amazing.They help to allay my fears and concerns. The staffs in ward 9 were really helpful in the care of my daughter which am grateful for.Not forgetting the chapel, is a beautiful place, quiet, time to reflect and pray for my daughter and people involved in her care and treatment.Many , many thanks.

Thank you to the wonderful staff on the Day Surgery Unit. Phoebe was fine by the time we got home and tucked into her cuppa and KFC without any problems at all! What a brilliant bunch you all are! Michele x
the hospital and staff are amazing .. parking is a problem if you don't know Birmingham.. perhaps postcodes of good parking would help immensely
My daughter was admitted into the hospital on Saturday. The nurses and doctors are amazing! We was on PAU and would like the thank all the staff for their help and support!! Especially Mary who looked after us over night amazing service cant thank everyone enough. Were now back home safe and sound
