Great service from start to finish. The sales assistant (I think her name was Sophie) was very helpful and patient. Ring arrived in the time specified and was perfect. We came back in as the ring was slightly too large. A man took it in with pleasure and it was re-sized in a timely manner.Would definitely recommend Diamond Heaven!
I chose diamonds in the showroom and paid for them on the day, I was later told the diamonds picked had been sold and I had a different pair for the shoulders. The ring came in a shabby box less than a week before I was due to propose. When I contacted them they said they had ran out of the boxes I was shown in the showroom. I was promised they would send me a nice one before it was time for me to propose. This never never happened, no one communicated with me, once I had paid for the ring there was 0 after care. I had to buy my own box to propose with and the sales person dealing with me just ignored my emails when I asked if I would receive the box in time. As a jeweller I would expect them to realise an engagement is very important and not just about the ring. The whole thing was very stressful.
