Staff didnt know where to send the documents too, we were told to pay the full payment before starting the work and unfortunetly due to the lack of knowledge from staff we moved to another solicitor after a week meaning we lost the couple of grands we gave. Sultan lloyds did not provide us with any bit of refund. Second time rubbish service with this place and will never be using it again. Also we had to push the staff to get the work done, they did not once give us a call to update us on the case. DO NOT USE
