Unfortunately was there for a funeral. The room was very nice and the people were friendly and professional. Checking in and out was easy and our room was ready early. Breakfast was included in the room prices which was very reasonable.
Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the car park too, it is easy to find.The breakfast was decent enough too for the type of hotel.Good sleep, despite being next to a main road too.
Great place. Warm and great staff. Bar was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Plenty of selection. Room was warm when we arrived and very clean. Could not fault the place
Lovely little hotel. Very friendly staff. 2 people in General, someone called cherish she was amazing. Very helpful and could tell she loves her job and a lovely lady that works a breakfast shift called sue. Both a credit to the company
Good night sleep after flight got diverted to birmingham airport. Breakfast was a little limited at 9.15am . But staff were fantastic! Most friendly I have ever experienced in a hotel! Reception staff and Cleaning staff were super helpful and friendly!!!
