An absolute amazing piece of Greenland, full of life and extremely vibrant.I would absolutely recommend just walking through Woodgate Valley Country Park, absolute child friendly.Every time I go I spend a good couple of hours first just walking and then taking my child to the playground and then exploring.If you live around the area then it's a must go and see location.
I regularly visit this park with my family or on my own to take photos of the horses and the views. The animal farm is ideal for little children. Play area is great. The visitor centre is friendly. Lots of parking.
Nice big playground and park. Simple coffee shop and some animals in the farm bit. Nice long walks and plenty of parking. Definately one of my toddlers favourite spots

For a local place its brilliant for a long walk and it suffices well for a 5K run too. Theres a little farm and a coffee shop with a nice little playground and walking from the park shop and grounds down to the main path takes you along all the fields where the horses are usually put. Cute, but probably not a place to go to 24/7 unless you live locally. Just a nice occasional trip :)
