Did have spaces but payment machine stopped working so had to go to cashpoint and pay cash. Not a safe area of town, especially as I was on my own. It was very sketchy. Stairwells smelt of urine. Pay a bit more and park elsewhere.

Lots of spaces but there are a lot of spaces inaccessible because of the supporting bollards and when we found a space and walked into Bham town centre the staircase smelled strongly like wee. Wont be parking there again. Price is decent though so cant complain about that
The car park is fairly priced and a lot cheaper than other car parks such as the Bull Ring. However, it is tired and has too narrow bays and areas inside where it looks dark and dingy. Lifts dont work half the time.
Very dark in places and easy to get lost inside while driving. I did not feel very comfortable as a lone female.
