Went to TandH physiothearpist about two months ago, as I was suffering from a lot of discomfort and pain in the right ide of by back, neck, arm, leg and foot due to a cpombination of long hours on a desk and physical work. After only two intense but extremely useful sessions, and after all the suggestions Ben gave me to treat my pain (via email and during our sessions), I started to feel better week after week. Now I have forgotten about my back pain, even though I have the same routine -but with the exercises and changes that Ben encouraged me to do.The service is excellent and very human and comprehensive. His aim was always very clear, as he told me in our first session: I want you to recover asap. And he achieved it.

Ben conducted a detailed examination and diagnosed my infraspinatus tear and gave me a specific gym program to accelerate the recovery and resolve the underlying problem with my scapula.
