Can be extremely busy at times. Not enough staff on self service unfriendly & condescending staff . Average time being spent in here about 20-40min
I have never been to this place without having problems, it should not be reliant on machines that dont work and have to have staff run to them every 5 seconds. When trying to deal with a member of staff to get things done quicker and more efficiently Im then just told to go to a machine. I understand that self service is great in a lot of places, and I use it more than staff in other places, but this place is mismanaged.
Couldn't get the hang of the self service and was in a muddle. However, a very helpful member of staff came to the rescue. If this branch has half as many as helpful staff then they will be doing great. Cheers, Del
